Peregrine Plaza
- Approximately 50 indoor, heated parking spaces located in the lower level of the building. Entering and exiting on South Street.
- First floor will have 11 perimeter retail spaces ranging in sizes of 1000 sq. feet to 2500 based on demand. The interior space will be converted to an arcade similar to the Mall Plaza with an additional 10 to 15 interior retail spaces.
- Second floor will have 16 residential units ranging in sizes from 1200 square feet to 1800. Of the 16 8 will be 2 stories and have all glass penthouses. Plans also call for a 2500 square foot penthouse on the southeast corner of the building.
- The plans call for adding a lot of green space on the roof to add to the buildings appeal.

We expect to have space on the second floor of Peregrine Plaza, located on the corner of South Street and the Kalamazoo Mall, built out with 16 upscale apartments by this summer.
Eight of the residential units will be two-level penthouse-style abodes with walk-out decks and balconies. They will range from 1,400 to 2,000 square feet.

The Kalamazoo Gazette and MLive Media Group will move its local operation to a renovated office building on the Kalamazoo Mall.
The Gazette’s new home will fill the 7,300-square-feet ground-level space at 316 Kalamazoo Mall, at the southwest corner of the South Street intersection.
